Climate change

Two groups of students from Science and Our Future course (ena5) participated in a guest lecture by Maija Heikkilä (Ph.D). Maija talked about her research interests, that is, long-term changes in climate and Arctic sea ice. The students asked a lot of questions before and during the lecture about different aspects of climate change. The lecture was thought-provoking yet it had a hopeful ring to it. Maija’s lecture was a Tietobreikki sponsored by the Academy of Finland.
