PROGRAMMING (LSTT)

MOOC is an online course that is available to all organised by the Department of Computer Science at the University of Helsinki and is held according to the department's timetable.

Intensive 'extreme apprenticeship' methods are used on the course where students complete many exercises independently as well as under supervision.

Completion of weekly exercises is required to pass the course. Students must score at least 85% of the points assigned to each set of exercises/ week including all mandatory exercises. The date of the final exam, which is held at the end of the course, will be announced later.

More information about the structure and completion of the course can be found at http://mooc.cs.helsinki.fi/ohjelmointi or from the student guidance counsellor.
